Supply chain hardware system consists of 6 departments including purchase, quality control, engineering, production, injection molding, and store transport. Software carries out ERP system and brings seamless connection into effect. The team has obtained more than 100 employees including technology engineer and professional mechanic, which characterized as the one of full energy, strong fighting power, vital attitude and trustiness.
Our production have both passed”ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Authentication” and “ISO14001:2004 environmental protection system Authentication”. To assure product quality, IQC（Incoming quality control ）and OQC（Out quality control） have been settled in quality control department. Production Base has maintain shipment delay rate as 0.2% standard on condition of low stock, by carrying out production planning and human resource allocation without interruption.
