R&D center, in core support by enterprise founder Y. Wang and T. J. Wang, has made precise assurance in technical line and product behavior, and includes a research and development team of legion talents who have achieved Ph.D or master degrees and been around in this field. We are aim at developing innovative, and advanced utility production, focusing on original and integrated technology breakthrough, which make our present property continually and steadily developing and hold on long-term market competitive advantage. Furthermore we have organized academic communication and cooperation with certain scientific research laboratories.
Around 80% of R&D team members have Masters or Doctorate degrees at present. All Capital employees have possessed rich experience in R&D management and ever hold the charge in significant electronic production R&D, with exceedingly innovative view and abilities. Besides, both advanced hard/soft developing tools and precise test/adjust instruments are equipped for every R&D member.
Quality management of R&D center carries accordance with ISO9001:2000 quality control system. Under project manager’s conduction, product behavior and function are monitored by product manager. Sources dispense and process controls are in charge of project manager. In order to ensure high efficient operation of R&D center, certain management programs are put into execution, including《Product R&D control program》,《Files and quality record control program》,《management grade control program》,《Human resource management control program》,《Continually improve control program》.
The floor space of R&D research center is 1600m2 at present, including 4 parts: Hardware design, software design, mechanic and floor plan. To provide information acquirement and communication, basic facilities including reference rooms, equipment rooms and conference rooms are settled. R&D center takes on open-office style, provides high-speed and wireless BB network, adopts multi-functional communication and strict gate-control system which fully achieved electronic and intellective office system.
Synthetic laboratory with 3000m2 floor space has finished construction and parts of labs have been put into use. To accomplish full-scale detection and assure quality of digital production, relative labs are established including reliability lab, environment lab, low voltage safety lab, electromagnetic compatible dark-rooms.
