DS9000
The MSO9000 and DS9000 Series Digital Oscilloscopes are built for high-speed testing and complex signal analysis. With up to 6 GHz bandwidth, 20 GSa/s real-time sampling rate, 2 Gpts memory depth, and a waveform capture rate of up to 1,000,000 wfms/s, the series enables engineers to capture high-speed signals faster, isolate intermittent anomalies, and perform deeper analysis with greater efficiency.Combined with a 10.1-inch HD touchscreen and advanced capabilities such as eye diagram analysis, jitter decomposition, compliance testing, and power analysis, this series is well suited for high-speed bus debugging, signal integrity analysis, power testing and compliance validation, delivering a more reliable, flexible, and cost-efficient test experience.
