DS80000
The DS80000 Series digital oscilloscope is the eighth-generation digital oscilloscope independently developed by RIGOL. Based on the StationMAX II platform, it achieves a maximum real-time sampling rate of 40 GSa/s and an analog bandwidth of up to 13 GHz. In addition to hardware improvements, the DS80000 Series digital oscilloscope also provides a variety of user-friendly feature to ensure high-quality customer experience.

Product Feature Customer Benefit
Higher bandwidth & sampling Based on the StationMAX II hardware technology platform, it achieves a maximum real-time sampling rate of 40 GSa/s and an analog bandwidth of 13 GHz, which can more realistically restore signals and cover more applications.
Deep memory & high fidelity Based on the RIGOL new generation UltraVision III platform, it achieves a maximum storage depth of 4 Gpts, allowing DS80000 to have high-fidelity signal acquisition capability and capture waveforms for longer periods of time at high sampling rates.
New interface design The DS80000 series adopts the RIGOL SmartProbe 2.0 interface, which supports direct signal connection with 3.5 mm connectors, and is equipped with RIGOL's self-developed probe adapter. It can also be backward compatible with the previous generation of RIGOL probes, providing convenience.
Performance for High-Speed Applications The DS80000 oscilloscope’s bandwidth and sample rate performance are ideally suited to the performance verification of high-speed devices and systems, high-speed bus compliance analysis, DDR debugging and other application scenarios, helping engineers solve more testing challenges.
